We are looking for a Residential Supervisor with a solid Hotel Management and house keeping experience.

• Daily inspection of residence place condition
• To train house keepers with related skills.
• To guild all new residents.
• Manage company dormitories and kitchen
• Overseeing client routines in areas such as housekeeping
• Monitoring daily work activities and budget expenditures.
• Interpreting established municipal codes and departmental policies.
• Assessing and resolving customer service issues;
• Assisting in establishing uniform collection standards for the division.
• Monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods to ensure quality and safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
• Fluent in oral English
• Basic Computer literacy
