Management and supervision of maintenance on the estate to required standards, obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and upholding all aspects of compliance and quality standards and adhering to budget and required criteria.

·            First liaison person on all projects in the company.

·            Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

·            Managing overall day to day maintenance of all aspects of the estate, including maintenance of the property.

·            Overall responsibility for general running and upkeep of estate to required standards.

·            To manage and maintain general cleanliness in the estate

·            Quality control of all aspects of estate including security and health and safety.

·            Adhere to statutory obligations and quality and best practice guidelines.

·            Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, architectural engineering or architecture.
