• NPK is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across all the  company;s products and services mentioned above. The chosen candidate will design policies, oversee customer service and implementing technology solutions. He/she should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategicv mind and have a broad knowledge of the business and IT solutions. He/She should be committed to productivity and compliance, ensuring that all the copany operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

• Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategy
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Overseeing implementation of the company products and services to the end customers
• Fomulate business strategy with others in the Executive team
• Design operational policies that align with overall strategy
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Coordinate customer serviceoperations and find ways to ensure custonmer retention
• Oversee the implementation of technolgy solutions throughout the organization
• Manage contracts and relations with customers , vendors , patners and other stakeholders
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optiize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Implement and monitor day to day operational systems and processes to ensure effieciently and timely completion of tasks
• Build and maintain relationships with all his/her team and tailor a succession plan coupled with personal developments
• Report on opertaional performance and suggest improvements

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering and Information Technology or other relevant field
• Masters in Business Adminstration is an added advantage
• Atleast 8 yeard of proven experience as Head of Operations , Operations Director or similar leadership role
• Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance, Suplly Chain and IT
• Experience with implementing IT systems (both software & hardware )
• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles tha create speed, efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Knowledge of data anytics and reporting
• Good with numbers, financial planning , project planning and magement 
• Outstanding comunication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
