The purpose of this role is to coordinate raw materials and finished goods movements between production and warehouse, create records of raw materials usages and analysis to ensure usages are within standards by quantity and costs.

·  Manages raw materials and finished goods control procedures, standard costing, control and analysis of raw materials usage, cost analysis, and manpower costs (Casuals and Overtime Costs)

·    Plan, Lead, Organize and Manage the Company’s Sales and Operations Process (S&OP) 

·    Captures all related data into computer / ERP system timely and manipulate them to produce reports.

·   Prepares and update Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual materials usage report, material requirement planning (MRP) and Costing report. Reviews MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information.

·    Prepare and Participate in monthly and annual stock taking process.

·    Monitors closely the stocks of Raw Materials and Finished Goods and raise alarm for a foreseen shortage well in advance.

·  Ensures implementation of policies and procedures covering raw materials and finished goods management processes.

·    Manages recruiting and moderating casual personnel for the entire site in accordance to the labor laws. 

·    Manage control procedures, standard costing, control and analysis of inventory movement.

·    Communicate with employees about changes in production plans, shifts, SKU's changes and products.

·   Ensure daily production material ordering process from stores to the production.

·   Keep proper records of all issued raw materials to the production as well as received raw materials.

·   Daily raw materials reconciliation with production.

·   Ensure that all raw material issuing and receiving procedures are maintained with proper documentation.

·   Keep proper records of raw material wastages

·   Ensure daily posting of raw material usage into the system.

·   Perform other duties as assigned.

·   Provide reports on KPI’s timely and accurate.

·   Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
