Job Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

 

    Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

● Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

● Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

● Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

● Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

● Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

● Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

● Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

 

 


Duties And Responsibilities
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Both written and spoken (correct use of grammatical cases, accents; stylistically correct formulation of sentences - logical and clear construction of sentences; correct construction of complex sentences:
  • Potential for the correct extrication of the sensible center of the sentence
  • Moderate rate of speech
  • Avoiding to make noticeable pauses while switching from one language to another
  • The ability to work with information/fast learning:
  • The ability to learn a lot in short terms (+and to distinguish the main topic)
  • Good logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers, a minimum of 140 spm on a keyboard, the ability to search of information on the Internet quickly
  • Llisten carefully to the interlocutor (listening and understanding)
  • Taking an honest interest in the point of view\problem\situation of the interlocutor
  • Building a dialog based on the important moments of the interlocutor
  • Age: 18-35 years

Education Other Skills Required
  • Specialized secondary education
  • Complete higher education
  • Voice: confident and pleasant timbre, not quite
  • Diction: without speech defects (stuttering, burr, etc.)
