RZM Financial Services is looking for a Software Developer who can join their team.

Job location : Zanzibar , Tanzania

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing those modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean , effiecient code based on specification
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Gather and evaluate user feedback 
• Reccomend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentantion for reference and repporting
• Intergrate software components and third-party programs

   

   

·    Proven 3-4 working experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.

·   Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

·   Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

·   Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript,Typescript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Angular, Git,Nativescript,Springboot)

·   Ability to use linux

·   Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)

·   Experience in Systems Audit would be an added advantage

·   Ability to learn new languages and technologies

·   Excellent communication skills
