Shujaa Entertainment is currently expanding its operations and is looking to recruit dedicated, serious-minded, and self-motivated person.
Duties And Responsibilities
Manage and ensure the Company’s growth in terms of sales and clientele base are achieved and exceeded beyond the set targets.
Manage Key Account Portfolio of existing and potential clients to ensure using the Company’s CRM program to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, and retainership, and ensure repeat business with clients.
Enhance Company’s Brand Visibility by conducting various Advertising and PR Campaigns.
Prepare sales proposals and tender documents for clients.
Work closely with the Head of Sales and Commercial for all sales-related matters.
Regularly advise on the changing trends in the IT market and diversify Company’s products and services accordingly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision-making by Management.
Education Other Skills Required
University degree in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in a related field
Must be conversant with various Internet connectivity issues and solutions
Must have good knowledge of IT-related issues and products.
Ability to produce results and meet sales targets.
Good command of both oral and written English and Kiswahili languages
Creative, outgoing, a quick learner, and a team player
Good report writing skills
Able to work under pressure and in different environments.
