Having office presence in Rwanda , Uganda , Kenya , Tanzania and Mauritius.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products / services for their needs
- Stay up to date on all products and services offered
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level
- Engage customers in a proffessional manner
- Motivate customers to enhance sales and profits by advertising and marketing products
- Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues
- Work as part of a retail tea to drive sales
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Adminstration , Marketing or any related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Previous retsil or sales experience most prefferably in Marketing or Printing sector
- Self- motivated
- Time management skills
