Job Summary

A competent Recruitment & Human Resources Consultant will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business and consulting on human resources related issues. You will look for clients to sign contracts with and deliver the service according to the nature of contract The recruitment & human resources consultant must have the skills of salespeople, head-hunters and human resources professionals.


Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Find clients and build long-term profitable relationships
  •  Close recruitment/consulting contracts with client’s on a monthly basis
  • Ensure daily and regular engagements with new and existing clients
  • Upsell HR services to existing recruitment accounts
  • Meet monthly client engagement and revenue target
  • Understand client requirements and deliver service using a consultative approach
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates and close positions
  • Source candidates using databases, network, social media etc.
  • Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
  • Create relationships with key job seekers and provide advice
  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and employers
  • Working on client’s premises/site to deliver HR service
  • Consulting clients on best human resources practice as per the service agreement 
  • Implementing human resources policy and plans as directed by clients
  • Any other duties assigned

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelors degree in Business Adminstration , Human Resoource Management or any related field
