• Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products / services for their needs
• Stay up to date on all products and services offered
• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level
• Engage customers in a proffessional manner
• Motivate customers to enhance sales and profits by advertising and marketing products
• Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues
• Work as part of a retail tea to drive sales
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Bachelors degree in Business Adminstration , Marketing or any related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Previous retsil or sales experience most prefferably in Marketing or Printing sector
• Self- motivated 
• Time management skills
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
