We are looking for a well-rounded , accomplished Pre-School Head teacher to join Elevate Day Care.

• Formulating and implementing curriculam in accordance with students' development trajectories
• Documenting and repoting on students' progress at regular intervals
• Adhering to legal and educational requirements to ensure students' well-being
• Chairing meetings with teachers and parents
• Supervising teachers , particulary those with limited experience
• Liasing with other departments to facilate the school's overall advancement
• Representing the school to relevant stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Poven experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Prior experience in teaching within this age group
• Ability to mentor a divese group of individuals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion fo early childhood development
