Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the sales of the company
To generate leads and close sales for all our products.
To oversee and facilitate internal communications
To manage external communications, customer retention and public relations.
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages
Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in any sales, marketing and business development or any related course.
At least 3years working experience in sales and marketing of agricultural machineryproducts and spare parts.
Proven prior sales achievements
Experience in customer acquisition and retention
Proficiency in using CRM software’s and excel.
Experience in digital marketing and is up to date with ongoing trends.
