Job Summary
KOM Group of Companies is one of Tanzanian's leading manufactures of agroprocessing products as well as industrial goods. Since its inception in 2002 KOM has grown into a well-known brand over the years and has greatly captured the Tanzanian market.

Job location : Dar es salaam

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales  of the company
  • To generate leads and close sales for all our products.
  • To oversee and facilitate internal communications
  • To manage external communications, customer retention and public relations.
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in any sales, marketing and business development or any related course.
  • At least 3years working experience in sales and marketing of agricultural machineryproducts and spare parts.
  • Proven prior sales achievements
  • Experience in customer acquisition and retention
  • Proficiency in using CRM software’s and excel.
  • Experience in digital marketing and is up to date with ongoing trends.
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Very good communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit and is a team player
  • Honest and has integrity
