On behalf of Cops Security Tanzania Limited, we are looking for a Sales Officer who can help us expand our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to work independently.

Location: Dar es Salaam

• Assist sales manager with developing sales plans and action plans; develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
• Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
• Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
• Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment
• Conduct presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote products
• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage and maintain sales level.
• Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends. 

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ of relevant sales experience.
• Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of local security markets, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skill.
