Duties And Responsibilities
1. Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers various aspects of the company's operations and industry-specific knowledge. 2. Mentorship: Work closely with experienced professionals who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the program and even afterwards. 3. Project Support: Assist in various projects and tasks within your designated department, contributing to the successful completion of projects and initiatives. 4. Placement: Opportunity to secure an apprenticeship, internship, trainee or a permanent job upon completion of the program 5. Networking with key stakeholders: Get a chance to mingle and interact with potential hiring managers. 6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's operations. 7. Education Other Skills Required
1. Educational Background: A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information & Technology, Accounting & Finance, Project Management, Social Development, Communication and any other related fields of study 2. Age limit : Ages between 20 to 35 years 3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. 4. Computer literacy: Knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel will be highly advantageous. 5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 6. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with fellow trainees and trainers while contributing positively to a team environment. 7.
