1.    Educational Background: A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information & Technology, Accounting & Finance, Project Management, Social Development, Communication and any other related fields of study
2.    Age limit : Ages between 20 to 35 years
3.    Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
4.    Computer literacy: Knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel will be highly advantageous. 
5.    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6.    Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with fellow trainees and trainers while contributing positively to a team environment.
7.    Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and take on new responsibilities.
