Job Summary
The main responsibility of the position is to be Information Technology Technical Lead for designing and implementing IT products and services that solve customer business challenges at their budget.The position reports directly the Managing Director.
Duties And Responsibilities
1.Support Sales team while visiting corporate clients, listen to their business challenges and the strategies they want to implement, and propose appropriate IT products and services that will enable them to quickly accomplish their business goals.
2.Support sales team to prepare technical proposals to enterprise customers.
3.Support sales team to purchase hardware/software required to successfully implement the project.
4.Hands-on Deployment of IT projects including solutions from Avaya, Microsoft, Sophos, Hikvision.
5.Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
6.Prepare AS Built documentation after project completion.
7. Design and implement IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks, to meet the organization's requirements.
8.Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and upgrades to enhance system performance.
9. Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
10. Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
11. Configure and maintain network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
12. Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.
13. Work collaboratively with other IT teams, such as software developers, database administrators, and support teams, to integrate systems and resolve issues.
14. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
15. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Education Other Skills Required
1. University graduate in /IT/telecoms or computer engineering with ability to learn quickly to master the job.
2. Must have a 2-3 years work experience working in IT/telecom or computer engineering.
3. Meticulous Attention to detail on quality of work.
4. Excellent spoken/written English is mandatory.
5. Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
6. Ability to make presentations to customers (Projector/LCD Screen).
7.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
8.Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
9.Persistent, resilient and not easily disappointed.
10. A very persuasive individual; able to work diplomatically, harmoniously and effectively with a diverse group of people (good team player).
11. A well-organized individual with excellent planning skills.
