Job Summary
we are looking for a Projects Coordinator for our company Phimona Ltd; a Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing Agency that operates online platforms in the education, recruitment and minerals sectors. Plans are underway to develop more platforms in the near future. The primary responsibility of the Projects Coordinator is to effectively manage and coordinate these projects, ensuring their success and profitability.

 

Duties And Responsibilities
1.Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.

2.Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements.

3.Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.

4.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

5.Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

6.Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.

7.Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.

8.Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

9.Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.

10.Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.

11.Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

5.Experience as team leader.
