Job Summary
Swahili Honey stands as Tanzania's second-largest honey producer, working with more than 1800 smallholder farmers to generate top-quality honey through ethical sourcing and harvesting practices. We are looking for a Mechatronics Technician whose main task will be to install, repair and maintain our machinery and equipment.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain, inspect, and install machinery and equipment
- Interpret and follow mechanical manuals related to machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery
- Test new or refurbished equipment before they are fully operational
- Adjust and calibrate equipment for optimal use
- Create documentation for equipment
- Repair and service equipment and machinery
- Application and implementation of all safety and quality standards
- Working closely with production related functions and teams
Education Other Skills Required
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or comparable training
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance work (electrical & mechanical)
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Sense of responsibility
- Interest in working on technical problems
- Ability to solve problems analytically and systematically
