Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our growing team. As a Lead Generation Agent, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and creating opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for generating new business.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  2. Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  3. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their potential as customers.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  5. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  6. Keep accurate records of all communication and interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance lead generation strategies.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven ability to analyze data and trends to drive actionable insights.
