Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as the Information Technology Technical Lead, responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that align with customer objectives within specified budgets. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support Sales team while visiting corporate clients, listen to their business challenges and the strategies they want to implement, and propose appropriate IT products and services that will enable them to quickly accomplish their business goals.
- Support sales team to prepare technical proposals to enterprise customers
- Support sales team to purchase hardware/software required to successfully implement the project.
- Hands-on Deployment of IT projects including solutions from Avaya, Microsoft, Sophos, Hikvision.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
- Prepare AS Built documentation after project completion
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Recent university graduate in /IT/telecoms or computer engineering with ability to learn quickly to master the job.
- A well organized individual with excellent planning skills.
- Meticulous Attention to detail on quality of work.
- Excellent spoken/written English is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to make presentations to customers (Projector/LCD Screen).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Persistent, resilient and not easily disappointed.
- A very persuasive individual; able to work diplomatically, harmoniously and effectively with a diverse group of people (good team player).
