Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead sales team in the distribution and selling of smartphones through our asset financing scheme. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring successful implementation of the asset financing program. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and experience in financial services or asset financing.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on distributing and selling smartphones through  asset financing scheme.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and understanding of the asset financing program.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the asset financing process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including smartphone manufacturers, financial institutions, and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and program effectiveness for senior management. 

Education Other Skills Required
  • Strong Knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or management role, preferably in the telecommunications or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with asset financing or consumer finance programs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on achieving results.




Renumeration
  • The compensation for this position is primarily based on commission, with bonuses on achieved targets.
  • Commission structure will be based on individual and team sales performance, providing significant earning potential for high performers.
