Job Summary
As the Senior Associate – Business Development your duties will involve ensuring that exemplary services are offered to customers in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner to maintain customer’s goodwill and excellent image of the company by observing the company’s policies, procedures and controls. You will be expected to identify opportunities for growth and partnership, both local and international, and handle the contracting end to end in consultation with the Head of Growth and Strategic Alliances.

Duties And Responsibilities
Managing and increasing business from existing clients through selling and cross-selling whilst ensuring that the set revenue targets are met.
Ensuring stellar customer service to clients through regular correspondence and ensuring clients’ requirements, needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Leading, coaching and mentorship of the Account Executive team to achieve the organization’s business development, relationship management and sales objectives.
Promote clients’ retention by continuously engaging clients, evaluating their needs and obtaining their feedback on services.
Efficiently addressing/resolving clients’ enquiries and feedback, whether positive or negative.
Manage adoption strategies and marketing of new products to current and potential clients.
Regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, sales targets, sales strategies and other insights.
Foster and promote strategic business partnerships to enable continuous business growth.
Enhancing and expanding the organization’s product portfolio even into the new markets.
Education Other Skills Required
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
