Job Summary
As the Reservations and Operations Manager African Scenic Safaris, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operational processes. Your role will encompass overseeing all aspects of reservations management, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications, to optimize occupancy and revenue. You will lead a team responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations systems, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the reservations process, including booking accommodations, transportation,flights,and activities.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics for tours
Manage a team of reservations and operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience
Prepare all the logistics and Co ordinate all private and group Kilimanjaro climbs
Air ticket booking
Manages customers issues and disputes
Manage and oversee the fair allocation of work for Kilimanjaro crew
Education Other Skills Required
Diploma in Business Administration majoring in Sales or Marketing, PR or any related field
At Least 5 years experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in hospitality or travel industries
Customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi - tasking and time - management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
