Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative. As a Technical Sales Representative in the laboratory field you are responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for a company’s laboratory products and services. This role involves understanding complex scientific products, effectively communicating their value to potential customers, and developing strong customer relationships. The representative will work closely with research and development teams, product managers, and customers to ensure product satisfaction and address any technical concerns.
Duties And Responsibilities
Collecting orders and sale of various laboratory equipments and chemicals to clients
Marketing of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Prepare and handle laboratory samples, reagents, and solutions.
Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized working environment.
Document and record experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements. and new technologies relevant to the laboratory work.
Education Other Skills Required
Diploma in laboratory science (e.g., Biology. Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field).
Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician sales representative or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
