Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, and according to a client's specifications. You will work closely with our design team and other stakeholders to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our website, ensuring it meets the highest standards of functionality, usability, and design.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement web-based campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, and databases (SQL and MongoDB) to optimize website performance.
- Create and consume APIs to integrate various systems and enhance user experience.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with privacy policies.
- Manage webhooks and automation processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in web development, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, SQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and web accessibility standards.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and experience working with APIs.
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems and webhooks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English
