Job Summary
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, market research, and lead generation. Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Utilize various tools and methods (e.g., social media, email campaigns, cold calling) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team.

Outreach and Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and establish long-term engagement.

Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on target markets, strategies, and goals.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Provide detailed information about potential clients to the sales team to facilitate effective follow-up.

Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and insights to the marketing and product development teams.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and market development.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize lead generation efforts.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
