Job Summary
As the Parts Sales Executive you are responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories to customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clientele. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and working closely with the sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt and professional service.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide technical information and support to customers regarding parts and accessories.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory, including new arrivals and promotional items.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate supply.
  • Assist in managing returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  •  Work closely with the service and sales teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategies.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the management team.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelors degree in Business Adminstration or any related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
