Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Director to lead the marketing team and drive the strategic marketing initiatives that will propel the brand to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG marketing, with a passion for white goods and a proven track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of the white goods sector and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
