Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on our products, including usage, benefits, and best practices, to veterinary professionals, farmers, and other customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure proper product use and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues related to product quality or customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Education Other Skills Required
- Veterinary training or a related qualification in animal health or veterinary sciences.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the veterinary pharmaceutical or animal nutrition industry.
- Strong knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and husbandry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tanzania, including remote areas.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
