Job Summary
As a Corporate Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with corporate clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential corporate clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Proposals: Prepare and present customized sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
