We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team and help us optimize our manufacturing processes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize cement production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct process simulations and perform risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Design and implement process control systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methodologies to improve production.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all process activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product consistency and quality standards.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in cement or
- related industry.
- Expertise in process, maintenance, and production strategies.
- Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Competent with computers and MS Office.
- Knowledge of cement plant equipment and operating systems for
- thorough inspections and fault finding.
