We are looking for a qualified and innovative operations officer to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations. In this role, your duties will include reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and developing new company policies. You may also be required to perform routine administrative tasks.

To ensure success as an operations officer, you should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills. 

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational excellence.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage software development projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align operations with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all operational activities meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to meet operational needs.
• Develop and maintain an effective resource planning and scheduling system.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, including software development, sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Ensure that all team members are informed and aligned with operational goals and objectives.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
• Conduct analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operational role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and project management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
