• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability of IT systems.

ERP System Management:

SEO Management:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance the firm's online presence and visibility.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm.
