We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Data Analyst on behalf of our client to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing data systems to support business operations. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of systems, and providing insights through data analysis. The Systems and Data Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our data-driven decision-making processes.

Systems Analysis:

• Evaluate and analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new systems or enhance existing systems to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems integration and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for data analysis.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data trends and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify patterns and trends in data to support business strategies and decision-making.

Data Management:

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in data management.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for system-related issues and data analysis tools.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions on systems and data tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in systems and data analysis.

Project Management:

• Lead and participate in projects related to system upgrades, data migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Document system processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, data analysis, and data management.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
