Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and manage all phases of a project lifestyle to ensure succcessfulll delivery. This includes developing and managing project goverance plans, project schedules, team goals , defining success criteira , project milestones and budgets.
  • Partner with CIOs, IT Functional Leads, Application Owners, Demand Managers to help drive the innovative solutions and enhance delivery for clients / partners.
  • Work with product managers' strategist to translate customer feeedback into technical requirements.
  • Increase the average value of our client/partner engagements through a continous depending collaboration with our sales team and customers
  • Contribute to enhance our delivery methodolgy and services practice.
  • Capture new customer demand.
  • Collaborate proactively with Business and Strategist to help understand the client and business needs and drive the future service offerings.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into overall relationship mangement process and ensure that the consulting  customer onboarding services run effficiently.
  • Actively look for ways to improve process effeciencies and effectiveness.

Education Other Skills Required

 

  • +5 years in customer facing technolgy role(s): Financial Services/ Banking Industry strongly preffered.
  • MBA/ Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or any related field.
  • Experienced in -consulting, fintech, digital technology and strong sales background and good business relationships with banks
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and scope.
  • Ability to synthesise complex requirements to a set of tangible technoldy related actions that relate back to the business strategu.
  • Ability to communicate the CCoE strategy to different customer groups as required.
  • Understanding of business as a whole with respect to technologies, digital platforms and infastructure.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Relationship mangement / Account Management Experience required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project estimation and phase breakdown of work programs
  • Familiar with agile implementation methodolgy.
  • Ability to work in a startup enviroment with limited direction.
  • Good time managemnt, well organized , consistently meets commitments and creates high level deliverables.
  • Demonstrated pre-sales ability.
