Job Summary
The Customer Services and Sales Point Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions and sales operations at designated sales points. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Duties And Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and customer experiences.
Sales Operations:
Drive sales at the sales point by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering relevant products or services.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the Sales and Customer Service Manager.
Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
Maintain an organized and attractive sales point, including product displays, inventory management, and cleanliness.
Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives at the sales point.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and submit sales reports and other relevant documentation as required by management.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
Participate in product training sessions and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and customer service team to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.
Assist in training new team members and share best practices to enhance team productivity.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to influence customer purchasing decisions.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficient in using CRM systems, POS systems, and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
