Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Real Estate on behalf of our client to lead and manage our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property acquisitions, asset management, development projects, and maximizing the value of our real estate investments. This role requires excellent leadership, negotiation, and financial skills, along with a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's real estate strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of real estate properties.
- Lead property negotiations, including purchases, leases, and contracts.
- Manage real estate assets to ensure profitability and long-term value creation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in real estate transactions.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, including project managers, property managers, and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations) to drive projects to completion.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to real estate assets.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in real estate management, acquisitions, or development.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale real estate projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and financial modeling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and asset management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving financial performance.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Financial acumen, including proficiency in real estate finance and budgeting.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
