Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Business Partner on behalf of our client to join their dynamic team. The HRBP will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure HR strategies align with business goals. The successful candidate will provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations, drive performance management initiatives, and contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution of HR-related issues.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing workplace concerns and fostering employee engagement.

Performance Management:
  • Guide managers and employees through the performance review process, providing training and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee development, coaching, and feedback.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, supporting leadership in creating performance improvement plans.

Talent Development:
  • Identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to ensure employees are provided with growth opportunities.
  • Support initiatives for internal mobility and career progression.

HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor and address workplace risk, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and labor standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review and improve compensation structures and benefit programs.
  • Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Support employee wellbeing programs and initiatives.

Change Management:
  • Assist in organizational change processes, including restructuring, mergers, and expansions.
  • Communicate and manage change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum employee buy-in.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of successfully aligning HR initiatives to business strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with experience handling complex HR challenges.
  • Ability to influence and coach managers and employees.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • HR certification is a plus.
