Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure the correct transition process is applied for all hardware assets moved to/from storage units and serviced equipment.
Assist in performing regular hardware audits (bi-weekly, or as required) to match planned vs. actual hardware placements and project hardware ramp.
Monitor, gather, and track all inventory assets, including hardware orders, pickups, warranty replacements, and update internal status and delivery records.
Assist in monitoring inventory trends and correlate them with historical data and project requirements to forecast future equipment needs.
Participate in performing analysis on requested inventory equipment, offering recommendations based on project specifications and studio-wide impact.
Audit and assist with hardware movements and equipment transitions to ensure adequate handling and delivery within the department.
Help maintain and audit internal tools used by Core QA Test to ensure proper equipment placement and organization, collaborating with teams to resolve any outstanding issues.
Plan and allocate resources to effectively accomplish inventory objectives, including month-end and quarter-end close activities.
Support the implementation of cycle counts in warehouse and production areas to ensure accurate inventory control.
Use online computer systems for inventory management and tracking.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related field.
Proven experience in inventory control or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software and online systems.
Ability to conduct audits and identify discrepancies.
Strong analytical skills to monitor trends and assess equipment needs.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.
Ability to adapt to schedule changes and project needs.
Basic knowledge of hardware assets and their functionality (preferred but not required).
