We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team. Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day support services to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services to clients.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
Monitor service levels and ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on support services performance and recommend improvements.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and Word.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
