Job Summary
We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff management, cost control, and delivering exceptional service. They will be responsible for hiring and training staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and optimizing profitability through strategic planning.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Handle customer feedback and address complaints professionally.
- Keep accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and payroll.
- Develop and implement operational policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and strive to improve the restaurant’s profitability through cost management and creative solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and respond proactively to any issues.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bookkeeping software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
