Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of our client to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns. This role is essential for driving growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our brand presence in the industry.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
