Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement performance management systems to set goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Promote best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to inform compensation strategies.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and organizational trends for senior management.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management, ideally within the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
