Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Facilitate conflict resolution and support employee engagement initiatives.
Implement performance management systems to set goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Promote best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company.
Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to inform compensation strategies.
Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Prepare regular reports on HR activities and organizational trends for senior management.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR management, ideally within the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
