Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential new markets, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through direct client engagement, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with company goals and offer mutual value.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports, outlining growth strategies and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to create comprehensive business strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Set, track, and achieve revenue targets; regularly report on sales metrics, opportunities, and market feedback.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
