Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa services, including massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized therapies as per the spa menu.
- Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences and concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment in compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance the quality of treatments.
- Provide guests with information about spa facilities, products, and services.
- Upsell spa products and additional services to enhance the guest experience and meet sales goals.
- Manage treatment schedules and ensure timely appointments to maximize productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, guest preferences, and product usage.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education Other Skills Required
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and therapies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform treatments for extended periods.
- Warm, approachable demeanor to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to individual client needs and preferences.
