Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive on behalf of our client to join their team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance brand awareness through effective sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is results-driven, creative, and skilled in building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop new clients and retain existing clients.
Prompt and accurate responses to all incoming queries.
Plan and attend to client meetings independently.
Handle quotations and negotiations effectively.
Proactive periodic reports to management and provision of solutions.
Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance.
Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed departmental targets and to achieve the revenue target.
Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services by maintaining client records.
Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including creating advertisements, conducting market
research, and creating sales presentations.
Develop and implement sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies
based on their needs.
Create and manage websites, brochures, flyers, or other printed materials used in promotions.
Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Plan a budget for a campaign and maintain records of expenses and revenues
Engage in post-sale activities such as follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and opportunity status
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness
Forecast market trends
Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Extensive experience courier, transportation, and logistics is preferred.
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet & Email).
Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Flexible and be able to travel and work on missions or bases in provincial areas.
Familiarity with graphic design software
Experience in logistics sales of at least three years is required.
Driving both manual and automatic cars, you should posses a valid driving license.
