Duties And Responsibilities

Recommend improvements to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s equipment and machinery offerings.
Communicate product features, benefits, and applications effectively to clients.
Stay updated on technological advancements and industry developments.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the equipment and machinery industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of technical aspects of equipment and machinery is a plus.
