Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the equipment and machinery industry, and exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving business objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for equipment and machinery.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s equipment and machinery offerings.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and applications effectively to clients.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and industry developments.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the equipment and machinery industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of equipment and machinery is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a competitive market environment.
