Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. This role requires a professional who excels in planning, designing, and managing construction projects, ensuring all aspects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Perform site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety standards, and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to determine project requirements and specifications.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve problems to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure procurement of materials and equipment aligns with project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and design plans.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a construction engineer or similar role in managing projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain strong professional relationships.
