Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Executivewith a proven track record in the sales of vehicle parts. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell vehicle parts to customers, including retail and wholesale clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Provide expert advice to customers on the selection and compatibility of parts based on their requirements.
Manage inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely restocking.
Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive pricing, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and new vehicle part launches.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
Education Other Skills Required
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, their compatibility, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or training in automotive parts sales will be an added advantage.
Experience in using ERP systems for inventory and sales management.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and their maintenance needs.
