Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in civil engineering projects and possess ERP certification, demonstrating proficiency in project management and resource planning. This role is critical for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Use ERP systems to manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan and design projects effectively.
- Evaluate and resolve design and construction issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards at all stages of the project.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to team members and clients.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experiencein civil engineering, preferably with exposure to infrastructure and large-scale projects.
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations, and legal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in project management .
- Proficiency in advanced ERP modules, including financial and supply chain management.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
