Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and certified Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems, components, and processes to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
Duties And Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products to meet project requirements.
Perform detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to support project execution.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems to identify and resolve design issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Mechanical Engineering Certification(e.g., Professional Engineer license or equivalent).
3-5 years of experiencein mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS or MATLAB).
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methods.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with ERP systems for resource planning and project management.
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques.
Certification in project management is an advantage.
