Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and certified Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems, components, and processes to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products to meet project requirements.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
- Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to support project execution.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems to identify and resolve design issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Mechanical Engineering Certification(e.g., Professional Engineer license or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experiencein mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS or MATLAB).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methods.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems for resource planning and project management.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Certification in project management is an advantage.
